Update: 10/06/2021 - Since the above review I asked Zac for support with nutrition. My diet was awful and has been for four years. Zac looked closely at what I was eaten and drinking and in the last month and half he has broken down steps of things I need to improve to make lifelong changes. I tried many different diets and diet groups but getting this one to one support is amazing and so beneficial.

Got some strength and conditioning plans from the wonderful ZacBow Fitness and I can't recommend his approach enough.
If anyone is after any supplementary training plans to their running ones then Zac is your guy.
